Company Secretarial
If you operate as a limited company you have to comply with company law. Whilst you no longer need to appoint a company secretary to be responsible for compliance, you do need to ensure the company secretarial responsibilities are properly dealt with.
The company secretarial function includes the filing of various documents with Companies House, preparing minutes of various meetings and resolutions and maintaining the company statutory books as part of the company’s requirement to comply with the Companies Acts.
Many of our corporate clients instruct us to ensure these obligations are properly dealt with.
